1. What we collect

• Name and surname you provide when booking.
• Phone number, used for booking confirmation and verification codes.
• Booking history: services, dates, times and notes you add.

2. How we use it

Your data is used only to manage your bookings: confirmations, reminders, and your account. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

3. Storage & security

Data is stored securely and access is limited to the salon and platform operator. Verification codes expire after 5 minutes and are never stored long-term.

4. Your rights

• Access: see your history in the Profile screen.
• Deletion: "Delete my account" removes your profile, history and bookings permanently.
